If ordering a display ad, please send your camera ready artwork via e-mail: info@whowhatwheredirectory.com or on a CD sent by U.S. mail. Call us for acceptable file formats and specific instructions for display ads. A display ad information sheet will be mailed when you place a display ad. Call with any questions, we’ll be glad to help! Any ads submitted not in accordance with these specifications are subject to a minimum $50.00 artwork charge. Ads containing words or phrases that do not communicate to the general public and are not found in a standard dictionary will not be accepted. Call us at (800) 621-8808 if you are in doubt as to what is acceptable. The use of any copyrighted or trademarked terms or phrases must be accompanied by evidence of proper authorization for the advertiser to use them.
DEADLINES for the January 2009 Directory September 30, 2008 - Up to September 30, 2008, ads reserved and paid in full will receive a 10% discount. October 31, 2008 - October 31, 2008 is the deadline for ad reservations for the January 2009 directory. November 4, 2008 - No cancellations allowed after November 4, 2008. There is a 10% cancellation fee for ads cancelled prior to that. November 8, 2008 - This is the deadline for submitting camera-ready artwork for display ads.
